It is an outer jacket, it's an inner jacket and it's a reversible vest. And it has more features than smartphone.
The lightweight outer jacket is waterproof thanks to the polyester upper body shell and sealed seams. Velcro closure cuffs ensure sleeves are kept secure when working, while a concealed peaked hood with drawstring, two front zip-pockets with dual-access flaps and a pen partition on the left sleeve create a nice jacket in its own right.
The inner jacket (which has zip-off sleeves for vest options) has a polyester shell and a reversible, mid-weight, low-pill polar fleece lining which resists the build-up of little balls of material often found on other jumpers after a few washes.
Both jackets/vests have phone and ID pockets, a large zip opening for embroidery and premium 3M high vis tape.
